DEPOSIT
Please note that your booking is only confirmed once we receive your $50 deposit. A deposit is required for both DIY and Set up packages to secure your spot. We will not hold any spots without a deposit.
BOND
An additional $100* bond is required if you choose to do it yourself (DIY). This amount will be refunded on return. *($150 for high set)
PICNIC ITEMS
All items are to be returned in the same condition as when they are delivered. Any damages that occur during hire, persons who hire property of Packnic.co will be accountable to pay for the replacement of item in full to Packnic.co.
WEATHER
Its important to have a backup plan in case the weather is not suitable for your event on your selected date. In the unfortunate circumstance that a booked event needs to be postponed due to weather, a credit note will be given for a future date – where available. This credit note will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of the original booking.
CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
Cancellations can be made at any time 14 days prior to the event date, any cancellation after will result in the loss of the deposit.
PLATTERS
In the event that Packnic.co organises catering on behalf of a client, any cancellations, including bad weather, will result in the full payment of platters. Cancellations to platters can be made at any time 7 days prior to the event date.
Catering is done through our partners. Packnic.co accepts no responsibility for food and food safety as this is the sole responsibility of our partners.
EVENT LOCATION
Packnic.Co provides picnic equipment for hire with set up/delivery services. The event location is the responsibility of the client to choose and to acquire any necessary council permits if required.
